General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Booking and payment

To guarantee your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay is required. It is charged 48 hours before your arrival and is non-refundable. In the event of a no-show without prior notice, 100% of the cost of the stay will be charged. For any cancellation made more than 48 hours before the arrival date, the deposit is not charged.

2. Cancellation policy

Cancellation more than 48 hours before arrival: no charge is made. Cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival: the 50% deposit is retained and is non-refundable. No-show without prior cancellation: 100% of the cost of the stay is due.

3. Arrival and departure

Rooms are available from 4:30 pm. Arrivals are welcomed until 9:00 pm. For any late arrival, guests are kindly asked to contact the establishment in advance. Rooms must be vacated by 10:30 am at the latest on the day of departure. Any unauthorised late departure may result in an additional charge. Please return your room keys to reception.

4. Breakfast

Breakfast is served every day from 7:30 am to 10:00 am.

5. Pets

Pets are welcome at the establishment. A flat-rate supplement of €10 per pet for the entire stay will be charged. Pets must be declared before arrival. They must be kept on a lead in communal areas and must not be left alone in the rooms. Any damage, disturbance or exceptional cleaning costs caused by a pet may be subject to additional charges.

6. Accessibility

The establishment is a mountain building with stairs and does not have a lift. Guests are invited to contact us before booking regarding any specific accessibility requirements.

7. Liability – Theft, loss and damage

The establishment cannot be held liable for the loss, theft or damage of guests’ personal belongings, unless otherwise provided by law. Any intentional or unintentional damage caused to the premises, equipment, furniture or items belonging to the establishment may be charged to the guest responsible.

8. Tourist tax

The tourist tax is collected in accordance with current regulations and is charged in addition to the accommodation price. Its amount is set by the relevant local authority and may change without notice.

9. Personal data

The information collected at the time of booking is used exclusively for managing the stay, invoicing and complying with legal obligations. In accordance with the regulations in force on the protection of personal data, every guest has the right to access, rectify, restrict and delete the data concerning them.

10. Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution first. Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the territorially competent courts.

11. Force majeure

The establishment cannot be held liable for the total or partial non-performance of its obligations in the event of force majeure within the meaning of French legislation and case law.

12. Supplements and additional charges

Any service or equipment not included in the initial booking may be subject to an additional charge at the current rates: Travel cot: €10 per stay. Use of an extra bed not requested at the time of booking: €30. Use of additional towels not requested: €10 per set. Extra person: €35 per adult and €30 per child, within the maximum capacity of the room. Any supplement identified after the guest’s departure may be charged in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, where it results from the use of services or equipment not requested at the time of booking.
